I’m all about the less-is-more approach for date night, so I tend to keep it simple when it comes to color. For my face, I go for a subtle-yet-airbrushed base with Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation, topped with Maybelline Cheek Heat Gel-Cream Blush in Fuchsia Spark and NYX Professional Makeup Born to Glow! Liquid Illuminator in Sunbeam to up the ante on the glow without going overboard. I tend to forego eyeshadow in favor of a bold mascara when it comes to the eyes, and the Giorgio Armani Beauty Eyes to Kill Classico Mascara is an absolute must. It brightens my eyes and gives my lashes the perfect natural curl, so I can make a statement with just a couple of coats. For lips, IT Cosmetics Pillow Lip Solid Serum Gloss in Wistful gives me a flush of color, but still keeps things subtle. To make sure everything stays put, I break out my trusty Urban Decay All-Nighter Setting Spray so I don’t have to worry about smudging or fading throughout the night.

For date night, I always opt for a comfortable yet polished makeup look that’s also long-wearing. To start, I reach for the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Fresh Wear in a Powder Foundation which keeps me matte and looking fresh throughout the night, as well as the Kosas Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer for under my eyes.

Next, I keep my eye makeup pretty simple with a wash of shadow from the Jason Wu Beauty Flora 9 Eyeshadow Palette and black cat eyeliner. For mascara, I reach for a lifting formula to make my eyes pop — my new fave is the L’Oréal Paris Air Volume Mega Mascara — and I add a touch of color on my cheeks with the Patrick Ta Monochrome Velvet Blush in She’s Sincere

For lips, I reach for something hydrating and glossy, like the Maybelline New York Lip Lifter Gloss with Hyaluronic Acid in Stone, but if I want something more long-lasting, the Maybelline New York Ultimatte Slim Lipstick in More Taupe has become a go-to. If I’m feeling extra ambitious, I’ll add a quick set of the Static Nails Reusable Press Ons for an extra touch.

For an at-home date night, I’m all about keeping things simple with one one statement feature — be it a bright lip or sparkly eye (my preferred choice). I keep my complexion looking dewy with the IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better Foundation + Skincare. I love that it covers any breakouts or hyperpigmentation but still looks and feels super lightweight. A touch of the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Hydrating Concealer finishes out my glowy base.

Next up? The Maybelline New York Cheek Heat. I’m partial to the shade Coral Ember, a peachy pink. Then, because no look is complete without a great highlighter, I reach for the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter. It has a pearlescent sheen that gives a dreamy, radiant glow. I use my fingers to dab some on to my cheekbones, the bridge of my nose and the top of my lips.

Now onto the finishing touches: eyeshadow, mascara and lipstick. To elevate my everyday vibe, I’ll do a swipe of the NYX Professional Makeup Diamonds & Ice, Shadow Jelly in Strike a Rose, a pink shade. It’s super easy to apply yet looks like it required a ton of effort. A few coats of the Lancôme Lash Idôle Mascara for lifted lashes and a swipe of the Maybelline New York Color Sensational Ultimatte Slim Lipstick in More Buff, a light pink, completes my monochromatic, soft pink date-night glam.

Whether it’s an impromptu date night or one I’ve been planning for weeks, my go-to look is always natural makeup. I prefer to keep things soft, lightweight and glowy. For my base, I gravitate towards a tinted moisturizer, like the L’Oréal Paris Water Infused Tinted Moisturizer. It offers just enough coverage to even out my skin tone. Then, I spot conceal and brighten up my under eyes with the Dermablend Cover Care Concealer. I love this formula because a little goes a long way and it’s very creamy. To add warmth back into my complexion, I add the Tower 28 Bronzino Illuminating Bronzer to the hollows of my cheeks and along my hairline, and the Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks Blush Stick on the apples of my cheeks. I love using cream-based bronzers and blushes because they add a soft radiant sheen to the face.

When it comes to my eyes, I’m very low maintenance. I use the same Tower 28 Bronzino Illuminating Bronzer and apply it all over my lids, and finish it off with my current favorite mascara, the Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara. For my lips, I’ve been loving the Jason Wu Hot Fluff Lipstick in Eclair because it’s very buildable, comfortable on the lips and versatile. You can dab it on to offer a natural lip stain look, layer it for a full-coverage lipstick finish or sometimes I like to use it as a blush for a soft pop of color.
