new makeup products july 2021
It’s a brand-new month, which means a new round of products is making its way onto store websites and into our makeup bags at home. These are the products Makeup.com’s editors can’t live without this July.

Maybelline New York Instant Perfector Glow

This four-in-one product is going to be a staple in my travel makeup bag this summer. It serves as a primer, concealer, highlighter and BB cream and a unique sponge applicator that makes achieving an even, blended finish a given.

Huda Beauty GloWish Multidew Skin Tint

Apologies to my foundation stash, but I just can’t stop using tinted moisturizers. They’re so easy to apply, feel lightweight and never look cakey. My latest obsession is this glow-inducing formula. It contains skin-loving ingredients like Damascus rose oil and red bell pepper extract, plus light-reflecting pigments. When I wear this, I don’t even need to apply a highlighter on top.

NYX Professional Makeup Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Mattifying Powder

Summer is a time I always reach for budge- and smudge proof makeup products. Locking in my foundation and concealer has been so much easier with this Can’t Stop Won’t Stop formula. It leaves behind the ultimate matte finish and absorbs shine throughout the day. I’m head over heels for this one, and once you try it, you will be, too!

Lime Crime Sunkissed Glimmering Skin Stick in Cabana

I love a good shimmery body product for a little sparkle  in the summertime, and this ultra-moisturizing stick is a total staple in my makeup bag. It can be used as a highlighter on the face or body and instantly makes me look a little more tan and glowy.

Color & Co Color Gloss Conditioner Cool Down

Now that my hair is platinum, I have to work hard to maintain the icy hue. This rich blue conditioner neutralizes brass in my naturally warm-toned hair and leaves it looking shiny and healthy, which is not an easy feat when you’ve used as much bleach as I have to go blonde.

Lancôme Teint Idôle Ultra Wear All Over Concealer

When Lancôme called this an all-over concealer, they weren’t kidding. It works just as well under the eyes or as a spot concealer as it does dotted and blended out on the entire face like a foundation. I use the shade 095 Ivoire W, which is the perfect match for my fair, yellow-toned skin. The lightweight, buildable formula sinks into the skin without emphasizing texture or fine lines.

L’Oréal Paris Bambi Oversized Eye Mascara

No matter the event or the season I want my lashes looking lifted, long and voluminous. But finding a mascara that can curl, lengthen and volumize has been a struggle — until I found the Bambi Oversized Eye. The unique brush manages to grab and lift even the shortest lashes in my inner corner while extending my longer lashes up to my brow. I’ve had people ask me if I’m wearing false eyelashes when wearing this mascara. It's that good.

L’Oréal Paris Le Color Gloss One Step Toning Gloss

Lately I’ve been fighting the urge to do something drastic to my hair. I’ve considered coloring it again, but my hair is so much healthier now that I’ve laid off the dye. I tried out the Le Color Gloss to shake things up, and believe me when I say that it didn’t disappoint. After just one use, my hair feels like it’s been given a brand new life, sans color. My hair is glossy, shiny and feels insanely healthy, bringing some excitement back to my hair.

Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 40

To say I’m obsessed with this sultry yet sweet scent is an understatement. The fragrance — which includes notes of black amber plum, cremé de cassis, vanilla wood and jasmine — is light, airy and irresistible. I love spritzing the mist all over my body, on freshly-laundered clothes and even in my hair.

Maison Margiela REPLICA Matcha Meditation

While I’m typically drawn to more warm, wintry scents, this new fragrance from Maison Margiela took me by surprise. It’s incredibly unique in the sense that it combines drastically different notes that somehow come together to create a masterpiece. Bergamot and madarin give it a tangy kick, matcha provides an invigorating quality and white chocolate adds just the right amount of warmth and sweetness. It’s safe to say, I’ve fallen hard for this fragrance.

Lawless Forget The Filler Lip Plumping Line Smoothing Gloss in Daisy Pink

As someone who has tested countless lip glosses over the years, it’s not often that a new one adds something unique to my collection. Enter this gorgeous plumping gloss from Lawless Beauty. It combines the shine of a gloss and the nourishing feel of a lip mask all while making my lips look smooth and plump — minus the burning sensation that often accompanies lip plumpers. Daisy Pink, a recent addition to the lineup, is a semi-sheer shade that provides the perfect hint of color to the lips.
