STEP 1: Fill in your lips with a matte black liquid lippie. Clean up the edges with a thin brush.
STEP 2: Add some dimension to the upper and lower lips, by tapping on a metallic silver shadow with an eyeshadow brush.
STEP 3: With a tiny pencil brush and a white liquid lipstick, apply multiple dots around your pout to serve as your stars.
STEP 4: Add a diagonal comet to the lower lip with a purple shadow, and finish it off with a white highlight. Next, apply a soft galaxy shape with blue and purple shades. Add smaller stars with a white liquid lippie and a dotting pencil brush.
STEP 5: Pick up sparkling neon blue and purple pigments to add further dimension to the galaxies.
Mermaid Mouth
STEP 1: Start by applying a black liquid lipstick to the bottom half of your lips. Next, use a metallic navy blue liquid lippie on your upper lip to serve as the starting point of the look.
STEP 2: Grab a mermaid scale stencil and use it to apply iridescent green glitter onto the bottom lip.
STEP 3: Once the bottom lip is complete, apply a gold-green glitter onto the top navy portion of the lip and bring it down over your scales.
STEP 4: Add some small green crystals to the ends of each scale to complete the look.
Oil-Slick Drip
STEP 1: Start by applying a black liquid lippie as your overall base.
STEP 2: Grab an iridescent pink lip gloss, and drip it all over your bottom lip — and repeat this step with a holographic shade, as well. Repeat both steps over your top lip, and allow the gloss to slide off at the base of your mouth every so slightly.
Striped and Glossy
STEP 1: Outline your lips into three different sections using a lip liner.
STEP 2: Fill in each section with a matte lipstick like the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Matte Lip Crayon. Place a lighter shade on the two outer sections, and fill in the center with a deeper color.
STEP 3: Add a shimmery, pearlescent eyeshadow in between each of the sections.
STEP 4: Add a clear gloss on top, and you’re good to go.
