Game of Thrones Is Coming: Here’s How to Recreate Maisie Williams Season 8 Premiere Makeup Look

Maisie Williams, or as many of you know her, Arya Stark, was serving up some major looks at the Game of Thrones New York City season 8 premiere last night. Glammed out in the Urban Decay Game of Thrones makeup collection, which was inspired by the seven kingdoms themselves, Williams’ makeup artist, Kindra Mann created a stunning makeup look complete with the ultimate powerplay: a dramatic cat eye. 

As you wait for season 8 — otherwise known as the last season ever, hold the tears — of Game of Thrones to premiere on HBO next Sunday, April 14, take a break from watching re-runs and try recreating Williams’ Urban Decay x GoT makeup look on yourself. Ahead, Mann broke down the steps for getting red-carpet ready.

Step 1: Create Your Base

Start with the Urban Decay All Nighter Concealer under your eyes and to cover up any blemishes. Then, apply the Urban Decay All Nighter Liquid Foundation as a base. 

Step 2: Highlight

Swipe the Urban Decay I Game of Thrones Mother of Dragons Highlight Palette using the shades Rhaegal and Drogon on your cheekbones and nose. 

Step 3: Prep Your Eyes

Apply Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion in Sin to your eyelids as a base, followed by a heavy line of Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Perversion winged out on the end for a cat-eye. Line your waterline with Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Yeyo.

Step 4: Eyeshadow

Using the Urban Decay I Game of Throne Eyeshadow Palette brush Take the Black on top of your eyeliner and smoke out the color. Then, swipe Hardhome over the brow bone and in the crease of your eye. 

Step 5: Mascara

Coat your lashes in a thick layer of Urban Decay Perversion Mascara on the top and bottom lashes — clumping the bottom lashes a bit.

Step 6: Eyebrows

Using a combination of Urban Decay Brow Endowed in Dark Drapes and Urban Decay Brow Tamer in Dark, comb and fill in your brows. Then, go back and define the shape with Urban Decay Brow Blade in Dark Drapes. 

Step 7: Finish With Lipstick and Set Your Face

Apply Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Backtalk to your lips. As a final step, apply Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray to set the look.
