In case you missed fashion’s biggest night out, otherwise known as the Met Gala 2019, we’re recapping some of the most stand-out makeup looks from the red — er, pink —  carpet. With a theme like “Camp,” the sky was the limit, and boy, did everyone shoot for the stars! Playing the role of ethereal ice queen, Gigi Hadid, a face of Maybelline New York, stepped out in a full gold and silver sequined ensemble, complete with ice-cold dramatic eye makeup that will chill you to the core. Makeup artist Erin Parsons gave us a step-by-step tutorial to recreate Hadid’s stunning Met Gala look, including the $8 nude lipstick she used on the model that we want to wear every day of our lives.Step 1: FaceApply Maybelline New York Super Stay Full Coverage Foundation with a buffing brush to create a matte base. Lighten up the eyes and cover any dark circles by applying Maybelline New York Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circles Treatment Concealer under the eye and blending outwards. Step 2: Contour for DimensionContour the forehead and cheekbones with Maybelline New York City Bronzer Bronzing Powder to add dimension to the face. Parsons used shade 100 on Hadid. Step 3: Set the BaseSet the base by lightly brushing Maybelline New York Fit Me Loose Finishing Powder over the T-zone to mattify the skin (you don’t want to look shiny on the red carpet). Step 4: EyesCreate a soft look on the eyes by applying the same Maybelline New YorkCity Bronzer Bronzing Powder across the lids to subtly contrast the bold white eyelashes.  Step 5: Finish With a Nude Lip To keep the attention on the eyes, create a full nude lip by lightly applying Maybelline New York SuperStay Matte Ink Un-Nude Liquid Lipstick in the shade Driveron. After the first coat dries, follow up by dabbing an additional layer around the corners of the mouth for extra dimension.      View this post on Instagram           Read More:Elle Fanning’s Met Gala Manicure Deserves An Award — Like Now The Baby Pink Monochromatic Makeup Look Is Surprisingly Wearable for SummerMatch Your Lashes to Your Lids Like a Monochromatic Queen
