Camila Cabello Was An Angelic Presence On The Red Carpet Last Night and Here Is How To Recreate Her Full Look

Red carpet season is the best time of year to take note of all the different makeup looks worn by celebrity muses everywhere and it’s also a perfect time to take that inspiration with you next time you sit down at your vanity. To kick off the season on a high note, Camila Cabello was an angelic sight to be seen on the carpet last night with her long, ethereal hair and a monochromatic golden makeup look that sent us to makeup-heaven. The singer also sported a timeless, soft French manicure that tied the entire look together, and all of it combined  had us wanting to recreate it ASAP.  Ahead, we tapped the masterminds behind the look, makeup artist Patrick Ta and celebrity manicurist, Kim Truong for a step by step on how to recreate her illuminating makeup and nails at home, including every single drugstore (!!) product that was used.  Makeup:

STEP 1: Ta prepped Camila’s skin with intense hydration and then applied L’Oréal Paris Infallible Fresh Wear Foundation as the base of her makeup. To blend, he took a damp L’Oréal Paris Infallible Blend Artist Foundation Blender to create a dewy, natural finish with full coverage. STEP 2: Next, he used the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Full Wear Concealer in a shade that was two tones lighter than her foundation to highlight under the eyes. STEP 3: After the foundation and concealer were applied, Ta used L’Oréal Paris Infallible Pro-Sweep & Lock Loose Setting Powder, to lock in the makeup but still allow it to appear dewy and fresh.  STEP 4: To add dimension to her face, Ta used a small contour brush and lightly applied the L’Oréal Paris True Match Lumi Bronze It Bronzer on the hallows of Camila’s cheekbones. STEP 5: For a perfect flush of color on the apples of her cheeks, Ta applied L’Oréal Paris Summer Belle Blush Please! in Blushin' in Riviera. STEP 6: Then, on the high points of her cheekbones and collar bones, Ta applied L’Oréal Paris Summer Belle Beach Bae Face & Body Luminzer for an otherworldly glow.  STEP 7: Next, Ta used the L’Oréal Paris True Match Lumi Shake & Glow Dew Mist to set everything in place while still allowing for a natural and illuminating finish.  STEP 8: When it came to the eyes, Ta was aiming for a soft and sultry look to match her dress. He began by applying the medium brown shade from the L’Oréal Paris Paradise Enchanted Eyeshadow Palette to the upper lash line and blended it out upwards. Then, he went back to the same area using the darker brown shade for added depth and dimension. He used the same shades for the lower lash line as well. STEP 9: To help create a more monochromatic look, he used a little of the same blush that was used on Camila’s cheeks and blended that shade into her crease to tie all the colors together. STEP 10: Patrick finished her eyes with two coats of the cult-favorite mascara, L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise.   STEP 11: Ta completed the look with the L’Oréal Paris Infallible 8 HR Le Gloss in Blush to create the perfect nude pout — the softest, subtle touch to her celestial makeup.

Nails: STEP 1: To begin, Truong used the Essie Here to Stay Base Coat for its long-lasting staying power.  STEP 2: Then, Truong applied two coats of the color Essie Marshmallow to create a delicate tip. STEP 3: Once the tips were all done, Truong applied one full-coverage coat of the Essie Hi Maintenance on top for a sheer touch of pink.  STEP 4: Lastly, she finished using the Essie Speed.Setter Top Coat to quickly lock in Camila’s mani before hitting the red carpet.  Read More:  See all 12 Lancôme L’absolu Rouge Ruby Lipstick Shades Career Diaries: Eleanor Langston Reinvented the Nail Salon as We Knew it When She Created Paintbox YSL Just Dropped a Zoë Kravitz Lipstick Collection and We Couldn’t Be More Excited
