Carol’s Daughter Wash Day Delight Jelly to Cream Conditioner Review
As someone who often alternates between protective styles, wash days can be a bit tedious. From taking down whatever protective style I have to the washing and detangling process, it often turns into an all day event. That’s why I was so excited to try Carol’s Daughter Wash Day Rose Shampoo and Conditioner, which is designed to help cut down time on wash day.
My wash days typically begin with taking down whatever protective style I have and preemptively detangling my coily strands before starting my wash. Once I’m ready, I start by thoroughly saturating my hair with water then going in with the Carol's Daughter Wash Day Rose Shampoo. I’m a huge fan of the packaging because as my hair coils up, I can apply the product to the roots of my hair with ease. It has a great water-to-foam formula that really makes me feel like I’m really getting rid of any buildup. After rinsing out the product, my hair felt clean without being stripped of any of its natural oils.
I was really excited to try Carol’s Daughter Wash Day Delight Jelly to Cream Conditioner for the first time. I loved the fresh rose scent, and it wasn’t too overpowering. I scooped up the product and applied it to my ends, working my way up. The consistency is something I’ve never used before. As I massaged the jelly product into my hair, it slowly transformed into a cream that instantly made my hair feel hydrated.
The slip I got from this product was perfect, making it easy for me to guide my Denman Brush through my hair. I really felt like it made the detangling process so simple. My detangling brush was gliding through my hair like butter.
I rinsed my hair out after a couple of minutes and I was left with soft, moisturized hair. I felt like my styling process time was cut in half because of how the product effectively detangled my coils. I blow dried my hair and used flexi rods to set it into place.
The final result: soft, silky hair that’s easy to manage. I loved how shiny and bouncy my curls were. If anyone is looking for a product that helps cut your wash day in half, I’d definitely recommend Carol’s Daughter Wash Day Delight Jelly to Cream Conditioner.
